The Materials and Processes (M&P) team plays a crucial role in material testing and qualification, process control validation, fabrication, repair methodologies, technical supplier oversight, management of nonconforming parts, and the destructive analysis of composite materials. The M&P Technician will support various aircraft systems, including batteries, motors, landing gear, structures, flight controls, electrical systems, and finishes. Responsibilities also include inspecting raw materials, validating production methods, qualifying new suppliers, enhancing processes, and aiding in product development.
The ideal candidate will execute fabrication, testing, and documentation activities that support these vital functions.
