Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Materials Program Manager (MPM) to enhance our Supply Chain team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of materials readiness and execution for essential hardware components within our systems. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and manufacturing partners to guarantee material availability, influence supply chain strategies, and facilitate ramp planning.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary owner for the management of material lifecycles, from New Product Introduction (NPI) through ramp-up to sustained production for both customized and standard components for L10 Server and L6 PCBA.
Collaborate closely with local JDM partners in Taiwan to synchronize production material readiness and delivery timelines.
Ensure material readiness across PCBs, interposers, electronics, and mechanical components.
Monitor supplier performance during NPI and ramp phases to support schedules and revenue goals in ongoing production.
Conduct materials status reviews, providing comprehensive updates, identifying risks, and developing recovery plans as needed.
Manage and cultivate supplier relationships in partnership with sourcing and procurement teams.
Coordinate efforts among hardware engineering, logistics, and suppliers to facilitate pre-production builds and achieve EVT/DVT/PVT milestones.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Over 8 years of experience in materials program management or supply chain operations, preferably within datacenter, server, or intricate electromechanical systems.
Proven history of leading cross-functional hardware programs from concept to full production.
Strong knowledge of electronics, mechanical assemblies, and silicon manufacturing supply chains.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
