Role Overview:
We are on the lookout for a talented MAWM Implementation Manager who possesses a unique blend of functional warehouse acumen, technical insight, and leadership in program delivery. This position transcends conventional WMS implementations, necessitating a holistic perspective across systems, processes, and integrations.
The perfect candidate will have extensive experience with MAWM implementations coupled with a solid understanding of warehouse operations, along with insights into how enterprise systems, integrations, and digital supply chain ecosystems operate. You will be pivotal in steering end-to-end implementations, aligning business requirements with scalable, technology-oriented solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of MAWM implementations, encompassing planning, design, construction, testing, and deployment phases.
- Enhance traditional delivery by comprehending the interactions of WMS within the broader supply chain ecosystem (ERP, OMS, TMS, MHE/WCS).
Engage with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to delineate:
- Warehouse processes (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Returns)
- System workflows and user experiences
- Integration points and interdependencies across systems
- Champion solution design and configuration strategies within MAWM, incorporating functional modules and workflows.
