1. A Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.3. Strong technical knowledge in the mechanical field.4. High efficiency and a strong sense of responsibility.5. Excellent communication skills.6. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.7. Fluent in both oral and written English.8. Basic knowledge of vehicle or brake systems is preferred.

About the job

As a Mechanical Components Project Manager at Bosch Group, you will serve as the primary technical liaison for component-level projects, ensuring that each project adheres to timelines, budgetary constraints, and specifications. Your role will involve:

1. Analyzing customer specifications during the project quotation phase and preparing comprehensive quotation documents including TCD, quotation BOM, and product assessments.

2. Defining hardware components in accordance with customer requirements and supporting technical discussions with clients.

3. Negotiating and establishing validation plans with customers based on technical proposals and design modifications.

4. Monitoring and executing all project management milestones and activities.

5. Submitting technical documentation to customers, such as TCD, AGZ, and validation reports, and obtaining necessary approvals for design release.

6. Addressing and resolving any hardware issues that arise during product development as well as for projects that have reached SOP.

7. Managing internal product design releases (BOM, TCD, AGZ, part list, etc.) within the SAP system.

8. Leading internal RPP projects in collaboration with manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely SOPs at both Bosch and customer facilities.

9. Coordinating the construction of validation samples and monitoring testing milestones.

10. Collaborating with international teams (Germany, America, Japan, etc.) throughout project development to ensure alignment in validation planning.

11. Supporting hardware failure analysis in conjunction with both plant and customer.
