About You and This Role
We are in search of a passionate Mechanical Engineer to join our collaborative team of hardware and software engineers. Your role will involve leveraging robotics and automation to create beautiful, affordable, and high-quality housing solutions accessible to all. As a maker, you thrive on taking ideas from concept to reality, valuing both speed and simplicity.
You will immerse yourself in the entire engineering process: defining problems, conducting preliminary calculations, fabricating components in our workshop, and testing designs on-site before iterating to achieve robust, scalable solutions.
Once you demonstrate your ability to rapidly manage well-defined projects, you will have the chance to lead broader initiatives alongside a multidisciplinary team. We are addressing some of the most challenging issues in construction robotics.
