Your Role , Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a proactive Mechanical Engineer to conceptualize, design, and develop the next generation of our rare-earth reactors. You will guide designs from initial concepts to commissioning, collaborating closely with machinists and researchers to transform innovative ideas into functional systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and model reactor subsystems (thermal, vacuum, materials handling) using CAD (Fusion).
Select components, tolerances, and materials suitable for high-temperature, corrosive, and vacuum conditions.
Develop and refine prototypes; conduct experiments; analyze data to inform design improvements.
Create documentation including procedures, test plans, and safety/operating guides.
Work with fabrication partners to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
