Your Role

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and scaling the mechanical systems that drive our robots and data collection devices. You will transform prototypes into dependable, manufacturable products, collaborating closely with early designs and suppliers to uphold quality and scalability.

This position is perfect for an engineer eager to engage with the entire product lifecycle , from initial concepts and 3D CAD modeling to testing, validation, and handoff for manufacturing.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of mechanical components and assemblies for wearable and robotic devices.

  • Rapidly prototype, test, and refine designs to enhance performance and reliability.

  • Contribute to Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) initiatives to ensure designs transition smoothly from low-volume prototypes to high-volume production.

  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers on prototyping, tooling, and production readiness.

  • Conduct basic analyses (tolerance, structural, thermal) to support design validation.

  • Help prepare documentation for design reviews, testing, and production releases.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (electrical, software, industrial design) to integrate mechanical systems effectively.

Your Qualifications
