Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the complete product lifecycle, including the design, prototyping, manufacturing, integration, testing, and delivery of integrated electromechanical systems. Navigate a dynamic solutions landscape, balancing external constraints, evolving requirements, timelines, and quality within a multi-stakeholder context. Collaborate as part of a multi-disciplinary integrated product team, bringing diverse perspectives and enriching team dynamics. Evaluate mechanical solutions for user value, cost-effectiveness, manufacturability, delivery timelines, reliability, reusability across product lines, and iterative improvement. Engage with end-users to gain in-depth insights into their needs and incorporate their feedback into your technical solutions. Travel as necessary to collaborate with end users, visit vendors, or support integration and testing at various sites. Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.4-8 years of professional experience as a Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineer, working across diverse technologies. A holistic approach to complex robotic systems, encompassing design, implementation, operation, and sustainment. Ability to act as a technical leader in multi-disciplinary teams, driving innovation and strategic solutions.
