Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for offshore mechanical systems.

  • Utilize CMMS tools for planning, scheduling, and tracking maintenance tasks as well as equipment history.

  • Continuously monitor equipment performance to reduce downtime and mitigate operational risks.

  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and provide actionable recommendations for equipment failures.

  • Assist offshore maintenance teams in diagnosing and resolving mechanical challenges.

  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and company maintenance protocols.

  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
