Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in manufacturing process development, particularly in PCB technology. Proficiency with advanced manufacturing tools such as CNC machines and automation systems. Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize complex mechanical and chemical processes. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate with senior leadership. Hands-on experience with Design of Experiments (DOE) methodologies. Familiarity with high-volume production environments is preferred.
