Lead and mentor a team of Mechanical Engineers. Propose design modifications to enhance cost efficiency, streamline construction schedules, and elevate quality standards. Exhibit strong commercial acumen and project management skills. Oversee construction processes to ensure exceptional quality of workmanship and materials. Coordinate effectively with the contracts manager, site engineers, and other discipline leads to ensure timely dissemination of accurate information to subcontractors and site personnel. Review design documents to ensure clarity and accuracy, communicating any discrepancies to the design team promptly. Assess project resource needs and inspire project teams towards successful outcomes. Uphold the highest safety and health standards throughout the project lifecycle.
