Role overview
The Mechanisms Technician (Weekend Shift) assembles, integrates, and tests satellite deployment systems and mechanical subsystems. The work centers on building and validating precision mechanisms for large phased-array satellites. This includes hands-on involvement with hinges, release mechanisms, actuators, and deployment systems that are critical for reliable satellite operation.
What you will do
- Assemble and integrate mechanical subsystems for satellite deployment

- Support the build and verification of large, complex satellite structures
- Contribute to ensuring reliable deployment of satellite components in orbit
Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or mechanical assembly
