Your Role:
Lead the localization of a wide variety of media content, including training materials, educational programs, radio and TV advertisements, as well as animated videos covering a broad spectrum of topics.
Oversee the complete lifecycle of media localization projects with guidance from seasoned professionals.
Collaborate across departments: Work hand-in-hand with creative teams, voice talents, editors, and clients to tackle challenges and deliver projects seamlessly.
Manage the entire production process: from conducting pre-flight checks and selecting vendors, to scheduling talent, audio, and video editors.
Oversee pre-production: Assess project files, choose top-tier vendors and talent, organize and manage timelines, and provide detailed instructions.
Guide production: Supervise recording sessions, assist audio/video editors, and offer real-time feedback to maintain quality and consistency.
Lead post-production: Ensure impeccable video and audio editing, graphics replacement, subtitling, and thorough final quality checks prior to project delivery.
Enhance project workflows: Negotiate with vendors and talent, troubleshoot production challenges, and collaborate with management to implement improvements.
Ensure quality excellence: Review final outputs for precision, clarity, and cultural relevance.
