Role overview
The Media & Performance Analyst III joins the International Growth team to drive customer acquisition through paid media. This position emphasizes campaign optimization, financial analysis, and performance measurement to support Inter's growth objectives. The analyst uses analytics, SQL, tagging, and P&L analysis to improve ROI and reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC).
What you will do
- Develop acquisition strategies across multiple channels
- Lead projects aimed at optimizing conversion funnels
- Define and implement statistically significant tests
- Manage channel mix and oversee campaign budgets
- Conduct P&L analysis by acquisition channel and campaign
- Analyze lifetime value (LTV) and payback periods
- Perform cohort analysis and retention studies for acquired users
- Forecast performance and plan budgets
- Establish team processes and best practices
- Lead complex technical implementations
- Work closely with product and data teams
