In this pivotal role, you will drive business growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. Your focus will be on discovering new business opportunities, establishing client accounts, and showcasing ARHS Group's comprehensive IT services and technical expertise to elevate client projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Scout and cultivate new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients in the IT sector;
- Foster relationships with existing clients, ensuring sustained collaboration and their utmost satisfaction;
- Analyze client requirements and propose customized IT services and solutions, including sourcing developers and technical profiles for IT projects;
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (Sales, Recruitment, Delivery, and Marketing) to align client needs with our expertise;
- Assist in the preparation and creation of commercial proposals, presentations, and bids;
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor insights, and client needs to pinpoint growth avenues;
- Ensure accurate and updated information in the CRM system.
