About the Team: Our Infrastructure team plays a crucial role in providing seamless access to the necessary resources for our researchers and engineers. We ensure that the infrastructure supporting our public services is robust, reliable, and scalable, enabling impactful work across H, from foundational models to agent development and public service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecting and overseeing the infrastructure that supports:
Research initiatives in Model and Agent development, including training infrastructure, data pipelines, and inference systems.
Product Engineering efforts on H Company’s agent platform, which includes client-facing APIs and agent runtimes across various deployment environments (multi-tenant and on-premises).
Establishing and maintaining observability and monitoring strategies to ensure system reliability.
