Position: MEP Manager (Data Center Projects)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects for mission-critical data center projects.
- Supervise the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of essential infrastructure systems, including HVAC, power distribution, standby systems, and fire protection, ensuring compliance with industry standards and maintaining 99.999% uptime.
- Manage the complete MEP lifecycle from design development through to construction, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
- Provide technical coordination and engineering oversight, conducting MEP design reviews while ensuring integration with structural and architectural elements.
- Oversee MEP budgets, cost control, and financial forecasting.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven technical expertise and project leadership with a track record of successfully delivering complex data center or mission-critical facilities.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP project delivery, with at least 5 years in data center or mission-critical facility projects.
- Preferred: Experience with high-voltage systems, standby power, UPS, generators, BMS, SCADA, and integrated testing procedures.
