We are in search of a passionate Merchandising Administrative Assistant to collaborate closely with different departments and effectively communicate sales performance through precise reporting. In this role, you will analyze departmental sales, influencing future strategies and decisions. This position is fast-paced and requires strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently. Located in our central Manchester office, you will be immersed in a vibrant atmosphere of fashion and data.

 

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing all administrative reporting related to departmental sales performance, which will be reviewed in weekly trade meetings and utilized for strategic planning.
  • Providing sales analysis reports to your Senior Merchandiser to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Identifying potential issues with current orders and collaborating with the merchandising team to propose effective solutions.
  • Maintaining regular communication with suppliers and the warehouse team to ensure timely order processing and minimize delays.
  • Taking full ownership of Excel trackers for the Merchandising Admin Assistant role, ensuring daily updates.
