Role overview
The Mid-Level ABA Program Manager shapes each child’s learning experience at First Steps for Kids. This role focuses on helping young learners develop language, build friendships, and succeed in early classroom settings. Program Managers work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), while also growing their own clinical skills.
What you will do
- Assist with case management under the supervision of BCBAs
- Begin with direct work with children to learn the First Steps ABA model
- Participate in a structured Program Manager training program
- After training, support BCBAs with case management tasks
- Provide center-based supervision and lead social skills groups
- Collaborate with caregivers to support client progress
- Monitor and evaluate client data regularly
- Help develop and support Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) instructors
