Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity and technical skills, including:Experience in designing visual content and graphic design layouts. Familiarity with architectural drawings. Knowledge of textures and shaders. An understanding of animation, rigging, and anatomy. Experience in a studio environment. A general understanding of camera operation. Basic knowledge of the architecture industry. A collaborative and positive team player. Proficiency in 3ds Max is highly desirable. Extensive knowledge of Corona rendering software. This position is strictly office-based. Additional skills that are beneficial include:Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Familiarity with Google Suite. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud software is a plus. A background in architectural visualization, real estate, interior design, or marketing is preferred.

As a Mid-Level Architectural Visualization Artist, you will be instrumental in producing stunning photorealistic digital marketing content that showcases proposed buildings, landscapes, interiors, or products for a diverse range of client projects. Our primary clientele includes architects and real estate developers, and this role is entirely studio-based.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Planning and creating captivating visualizations based on client materials.
  • Collaborating with fellow artists to enhance and refine visual content.
  • Delivering photorealistic, magazine-quality results using advanced rendering engines.
  • Adapting content based on constructive feedback.
  • Creating additional assets such as furniture and props.
  • Taking charge of your personal development and documenting your progress.
  • Preparing learning materials for weekly showcase sessions.
  • Providing constructive feedback to peers.
  • Contributing to and managing an asset library.
  • Establishing effective lighting setups and compositions.
  • Offering design insights and expertise when required.
  • Leading small projects with guidance.
  • Engaging with clients and design teams as needed, under supervision.
  • Managing multiple deliverables across various projects.
