WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in ETL development or data integration roles. Proficient in Shell scripting. Strong familiarity with SAP Business Objects or similar reporting tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing complex data structures. Sound understanding of reporting methods, data quality principles, and data warehouse design. Able to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team. Proficient in English (both written and verbal). BONUS SKILLS:Hands-on experience with DataStage. Fluent in French. Experience in large, structured environments (e.g., public sector or EU institutions).

This position is perfect for a data professional with substantial ETL experience who is eager to take greater ownership of design, implementation, and optimization processes while collaborating with seasoned experts and stakeholders.

YOUR ROLE INCLUDES:

  • Engaging in all phases of the data warehouse lifecycle, from analysis through implementation and maintenance.
  • Designing and developing data models, data marts, and data warehouses that meet business requirements.
  • Assuming responsibility for ETL design, development, and enhancement projects.
  • Conducting capacity planning, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of ETL workflows.
  • Performing extensive data analysis to guarantee data quality, consistency, and optimal data modeling.
  • Reviewing, improving, and documenting existing and future ETL components.
  • Participating in architectural discussions and the ongoing enhancement of ETL and data warehousing solutions.
  • Championing best practices for ETL development, documentation, and versioning.

ON-SITE REQUIREMENT: This role necessitates in-person engagement with clients and partners to support project delivery and foster client relationships. On-site presence enhances collaboration, learning, and relationship-building with clients, colleagues, and communities.
