Position: Mid-Level Structural Design Engineer (Buildings)
Join our dynamic team as we seek a talented and experienced Structural Design Engineer specialized in building infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering, backed by extensive design experience across a range of building projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate 8-10 years of experience in the analysis and design of reinforced concrete (RC) and steel structures.
- Exhibit proficiency in design software such as STAAD, Etabs, Safe, and Sap, along with a thorough understanding of Indian, ACI, and other equivalent standards.
- Work independently while adhering to project requirements.
- Show knowledge of inter-disciplinary coordination.
- Prepare Design Basis Reports, Specifications, Detailed Design Reports, and generate structural drawings through draftsman.
- Have familiarity with man-hour estimates and tender engineering.
- Participate in site visits or meetings (technical, review & coordination) at client locations as required, which may involve outstation travel.
- Maintain document control and quality check records.
- Manage and mentor junior engineers to ensure timely project deliverables.
