This fully remote position (within +/- 2 hours of Germany GMT+1) requires fluency in German (C2 level).

Role Overview:
As a BDR focused on the mid-market segment in the DACH region, you will collaborate with the Go-To-Market team, particularly with the GTM Lead and Account Executives, to devise and implement a strategic approach to capture mid-market accounts.
This role offers high ownership and the chance to influence our strategies for engaging more complex accounts.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and qualify mid-market accounts, fostering strong relationships and generating a robust sales pipeline.

Your Responsibilities:
You will be instrumental in establishing Secfix’s presence in the mid-market sector within the DACH region.

- Manage and develop a portfolio of mid-market target accounts
- Identify and prioritize strategic accounts based on ideal customer profiles, industry focus, and buying signals
- Generate new pipeline through thoughtful, multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events)
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes
- Conduct structured discovery and qualification calls
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
