What Will I Be Doing?
- Manage and expand a portfolio of Intercom’s mid-market clients; focusing on measurable revenue growth, customer retention, and long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with executives to identify challenges, present AI-driven solutions, and connect Intercom’s platform to tangible business outcomes.
- Develop and implement territory strategies aimed at surpassing basic maintenance; focusing on upselling, cross-selling, and multi-unit growth through robust, data-supported plans.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to translate actual customer requirements into product innovation and go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze customer feedback to enhance the overall customer experience and ensure satisfaction.
