Lightspeed is on the lookout for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative focused on mid-market sales to join our North American outbound sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads for large retail clients, acting as the first point of contact and empowering retailers.
Our Enterprise Outbound team is experiencing hyper-growth, and we need a dynamic, strategic, and energetic individual who is passionate about developing large retail enterprises. If you are results-driven and eager to join a rapidly expanding company, this position is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect large retail accounts through phone, email, social media, and other outbound channels.
- Engage with enterprise-level stakeholders (Directors and above) to understand their challenges and establish strong relationships.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to ensure smooth lead transitions and strategic follow-ups.
- Provide insights to marketing and sales teams based on conversations with prospects to refine prospecting strategies.
- Consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals in a high-velocity sales environment.
