You will collaborate closely with a small, senior onshore team and a consolidated offshore squad, making a tangible impact on the experiences of our largest clients.Key ResponsibilitiesCore Delivery (Approximately 70% of your time)Deliver 2-4 epics per release cycle across our four use cases, prioritizing the Procurement/CLM workflow, which generates the highest ARR.Develop and maintain features in Ruby on Rails (backend) within our modular monolith architecture.Create thorough tests (unit, integration, system) to maintain over 85% code coverage as enforced by Codecov.Engage in code review with a 24-hour turnaround SLA, providing and receiving meaningful feedback.Take ownership of your work throughout the entire process: from epic breakdown with Product, through implementation, QA validation, to deployment in staging and production. Platform Quality (Approximately 20% of your time)Contribute to shared platform components like Smart Tables, approvals engine, document generation, and search/filtering mechanisms.Identify and resolve bugs categorized through our P0-P4 priority system, with a particular focus on issues impacting customers.Ensure all automated quality gates are passed for every PR, including RuboCop, Brakeman, Erblint, Eslint, Codecov, Packwerk, and SonarQube.Participate in an on-call rotation (onshore team, primary/secondary model) for responding to production incidents.
