Role Overview
The Mid-Senior Test Engineer will join the Moses Lake, Washington team to help develop reusable systems that connect Earth and space. This role works closely with engineers and technicians to design, build, operate, and maintain test stands for rocket hardware. Expect hands-on involvement with both hardware and software, including mechanical and electrical systems. Testing covers rocket components, engines, and full stage vehicles.
What You Will Do
- Work with colleagues to rapidly design and construct test stands
- Operate and maintain test systems once they are up and running
- Engage with a mix of hardware and software, mechanical and electrical systems
- Conduct tests on rocket components, engines, and stage vehicles
- Adapt quickly to changing requirements and priorities
- Maintain focus and self-direction in a fast-moving environment
Location
This position is based at the Moses Lake Test Site in Washington.
