Job Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging English lessons to secondary school students, ensuring a dynamic and enriching educational experience.
- Design and prepare lessons, lectures, tutoring methods, assessments, and provide insightful feedback through report comments.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to co-teach and contribute to the continual enhancement of our school-based curriculum.
- Assist program coordinators in maintaining an organized inventory of educational resources.
- Utilize a variety of technologies and innovative teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Monitor and assess student progress, setting achievable targets to promote success and improvement.
- Engage with parents during conferences to discuss student development and progress.
