We strive to create an inclusive environment that values each team member's unique contributions.What You’ll Do:Contribute to the design and development of major structural airframe assemblies from initial design through the certification process and into manufacturing.Utilize a deep understanding of load paths, design best practices, and hand calculations to create durable structural designs.Implement design for manufacturing principles to ensure cost-effective and easily fabricable designs.Engage in composite sandwich construction and adhesive bonding techniques.Assist in establishing company standards for CAD models and technical drawings of composite and metallic parts.Collaborate closely with engineering teams focused on design, stress analysis, and materials and processes.Provide technical insights on design considerations, weighing risk against cost and performance.Support manufacturing teams in validating that designs meet specified requirements.
