After each experiment, make decisions to scale, close, or pivot. Manage the product cycle: maintain a hypothesis queue, establish clear metrics before each test, and diagnose failures at various levels (AI quality, mechanics, product output, or user requests). Collaborate with the Technical PM: define what to build and for whom, while the Technical PM manages implementation and timelines. Work directly with the AI team: set quality standards for responses, investigate failures, and iterate on improvements. This responsibility is not delegated to developers. Independently analyze data: use tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, and SQL (basic to intermediate) to review cohorts, funnels, and retention. Requirements At least 4 years in product management, with a minimum of 2 years in B2C subscription or payment model products, including responsibility for retention.
