Provide regular status updates to teams and stakeholders about project scope and progress. Estimate hours and costs for upcoming projects effectively. Collaborate with account services and finance to address budgetary challenges as they arise. Foster strong relationships with vendor and agency partners. Act as the operational expert during client status calls alongside account services.
