Job Overview:
As a Mission Operations Logistics Specialist, you will partner closely with the Mission Operations Logistics Lead to coordinate the delivery of Saronic Crafts and Equipment to both CONUS and OCONUS locations, ensuring timely execution aligned with the Mission Operations team’s objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with various team members, stakeholders, and departments to facilitate successful event coordination that supports our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Mission Operations Logistics Lead in coordinating, planning, and prioritizing objectives for assigned products, ensuring optimal resource utilization and adherence to project timelines.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to clearly define goals, objectives, and deliverables.
- Take ownership of all logistical support for operations and projects, proactively identifying potential issues or bottlenecks and implementing solutions as necessary.
- Promote a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and knowledge sharing.
- Represent Saronic at planning events, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of all crafts and their logistical needs while proposing creative solutions tailored to specific event requirements.
Your Contribution to the Mission:
- Act as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including DoD customers, ensuring effective communication and that event requirements are consistently met. You will assist in developing logistical plans that consider route optimization, budget constraints, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data gathered during logistical movements to extract actionable insights and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Generate detailed budget reports that highlight key findings and provide recommendations for future initiatives.
