Key Responsibilities and Requirements:End-to-End Mission OwnershipTake full ownership of software solutions deployed to large vessel clients. Deliver highly reliable systems that align with mission objectives. Autonomy IntegrationIntegrate and deploy autonomy software on large maritime platforms. Collaborate with platform engineering teams to enhance capabilities across the fleet. Adapt autonomy systems to meet vessel-specific constraints and interfaces. Maritime Communications & StandardsDevelop and maintain interfaces using maritime protocols such as NMEA, CAN, MQTT, and UMAA. Ensure standards-compliant data exchange among vessel subsystems and external command networks. Cross-Functional EngineeringCollaborate with autonomy, hardware, and mission engineering teams. Plan, construct, and test intricate shipboard integrations. Support field deployments and operational testing. Monitoring & ReliabilityDesign and implement robust monitoring systems to ensure operational reliability.

As a Mission Software Engineer, you will play a vital role in bringing autonomy to large-scale maritime platforms.
