To excel in this role, you should:Possess a high school diploma or GED. Have at least 3 months of relevant work experience. Exhibit good math and basic computer skills. Demonstrate strong attention to detail. Be dependable and available for assigned shifts. Be willing to work overtime when required. Have a solid background in Autonomous Maintenance (AM). Be capable of contributing effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Maintain good attendance and punctuality. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs as necessary. Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include:Experience operating forklifts (training can be provided). Background in mixing, milling, and pump filter processes. Previous experience in the ink industry.

Join our team as a Mixer Operator on the 2nd Shift, where you'll earn between $20.00 and $22.00 per hour, based on your qualifications, including experience, education, certifications, and skills.

This position operates from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, and successful candidates must be able to train on a split shift for at least 90 days, working from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

We are looking for dedicated Mill Operators to assist in the production of high-quality printing ink. The ideal candidate will be trained to operate a Mill Machine and engage in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities. As a Mill/Mixer Operator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating ink batches at the correct mill settings.
  • Packaging the completed product into various containers and applying appropriate labels.
  • Cleaning and maintaining machinery to meet TPM standards.
  • Applying TPM knowledge to daily tasks.
  • Weighing batches by following prescribed process orders.
  • Mixing batches by safely discharging pigments and adhering to all INX Mixer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintaining a database of existing formulas, including processing times.
  • Assisting in canning operations.
  • Operating equipment such as press-out units, pump filter systems, and forklifts.
  • Acting as a liaison for quality control by providing ink samples, making adjustments, and recording relevant data.
  • Conducting scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary.
  • Supporting repackaging efforts.
