Do you possess substantial project and HR compliance experience in an international context, enjoy strategic and solution-oriented work, yet also take pleasure in operational tasks and the holistic, independent implementation of processes?If so, seize the opportunity to join our HR Global Mobility Team focusing on International Business Travelers at our Munich office.Your primary responsibilities will include:Coordinating, operationally implementing, and monitoring employment, social security, tax, immigration, and security-related processes or regulations (Visa and Work Permits, EU secondment notifications, A1 notifications or Certificate of Coverage, tax principles, Security Briefing).Providing support and consultation to our international employees, leaders, and internal stakeholders regarding cross-border deployment scenarios, while managing escalations and change communication.Conducting thorough, risk-oriented assessments of (complex) issues in the aforementioned areas within the context of global corporate processes, and developing and implementing practical solutions in close collaboration with Corporate Tax, Payroll, Legal, Business, and (International) HR.Enhancing the development of policies, risk logics, and compliance processes, as well as project-based optimization and digitization of existing and new Global Mobility processes, including the implementation of a new International Business Traveler tool.Actively contributing to the definition and introduction of harmonized, global HR standards at Roland Berger's international locations as part of a Center of Expertise.
