This is a high-impact role within a core growth unit, directly influencing Yazio’s business success.The position is fully remote, welcoming candidates from Germany, Spain, Portugal, or the U.K.YOUR MISSIONTake ownership of and optimize the operational framework of the User Acquisition (UA) Unit, ensuring scalable, efficient, and well-documented processes across Performance, Partnerships, CRM, and ASO.Lead cross-functional growth initiatives in close partnership with Product, Tech, and Analytics - from strategic planning to execution and rollout.Manage the UA MarTech stack, encompassing tracking, attribution, automation tools, and integrations, serving as the main point of contact for automation and tooling matters.Discover automation opportunities within workflows, implement AI-driven solutions, and facilitate successful adoption across teams.Continuously assess tools, processes, and workflows to promote operational excellence and scalable impact.Minimize operational burdens for the Director of User Acquisition, allowing a stronger focus on strategy, leadership, and growth initiatives.Play a vital role in shaping the future operations of User Acquisition as we expand - this is a build-and-scale role, not merely a maintenance position.YOUR PROFILEA few years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, MarTech, or a related operational role, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and processes, showcasing a strong operational mindset.
