Your Role
We are searching for seasoned retail leaders, preferably with backgrounds in wireless, broadband, or consumer electronics, who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume settings. As a Floating Retail Store Manager, your goal will be to enhance store performance, coach and develop your team, and ensure every customer leaves with the ideal connectivity solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
Store Leadership & Operations
· Manage all facets of daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, product launches, and financial oversight.
· Willingness to travel to store locations within a 35-mile radius (reliable transportation required).
· Implement best practices for product positioning, promotions, and customer engagement to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, including cash handling, inventory management, and operational audits.
Sales & Business Development
· Lead your team to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives through strategic selling, upselling, and cross-selling of all Optimum product lines.
· Analyze store performance metrics to identify trends, address challenges, and seize growth opportunities.
· Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Team Management & Development
· Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
· Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and skill development workshops.
· Cultivate a collaborative, performance-oriented culture emphasizing accountability and recognition.
Customer Experience Excellence
· Uphold high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets.
· Address escalated customer concerns promptly and effectively.
· Ensure team members are well-versed in the latest products, promotions, and technology updates.
