Position Overview: The Assistant Store Manager plays a crucial role in guiding our team to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving operational goals and adhering to company policies. This position encompasses all duties of a Customer Service Representative and includes supporting the Store Manager in daily operations. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will lead the team and ensure all activities align with our customer-centric philosophy.
