As the Multi-Site Business Manager, you will spearhead sales growth, enhance team performance, and ensure operational excellence across multiple airport locations. You will serve as the commercial and operational leader for your designated portfolio, guaranteeing that Charlotte Tilbury achieves exceptional retail execution, fosters robust retailer partnerships, and secures consistent commercial outcomes. Your role will involve leading and coaching Retail Artists, translating regional strategies into actionable commercial priorities and operational efficiencies at the counter level. Success in this position demands strong leadership abilities, keen analytical skills to assess performance across various locations, and the aptitude to cultivate high-performing teams that deliver uniform results across borders.

 

The MSBM manages a variety of airport counters and gondola locations, necessitating frequent travel (approximately 60%) to ensure effective team leadership, alignment with retailers, and consistent execution across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

People Management

  • Building a successful team culture and fostering a true Charlotte Tilbury community within your stores.
  • Overseeing monthly scheduling and payroll budgeting in response to trading conditions.
  • Motivating the team to achieve daily and monthly KPI targets, driving sales success.
  • Managing ongoing talent development and succession planning, resolving workplace conflicts, and handling HR processes.
  • Collaborating with the Area Trainer to identify training needs and provide feedback on developmental opportunities.
  • Leading and inspiring a top-performing team through daily briefings and one-on-one performance meetings.
  • Taking ownership of recruiting outstanding talent, managing the end-to-end recruitment process alongside the Talent Acquisition Advisor, and proactively sourcing talent in the local area.
  • Supporting team members throughout the airport pass application process, ensuring a smooth experience, including conducting security interviews.
  • Effectively managing a large team to ensure strong coordination, communication, and productivity.
