The Services team utilizes their business and technical acumen to support our direct customers, distributors, and resellers, ensuring they effectively serve their clients by addressing technical issues, analyzing machine errors, and imparting technical knowledge.
We are seeking a skilled and multilingual Customer Service Agent to support our expanding markets in the EMEA region. If you are passionate about building business relationships, delivering exceptional service, sharing your technical insights, and are proficient in English along with another language (Spanish, Italian, German, or French), we would love to hear from you!
