Established in 1984, Firetrol stands as a premier provider of fire protection and life safety services nationwide. We are on the lookout for a dedicated Lead Technician/Trainer for our MXOne Division to manage a wide array of service, training, and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will be committed to exceeding customer expectations and will excel in building strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients, actively promoting the full spectrum of Firetrol's services.
As a Lead Technician, you will tackle intricate service assignments involving an extensive range of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic products. Your role will also include troubleshooting and problem resolution for complex issues while providing mentorship to junior technicians.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Executing maintenance and repairs on advanced turbine-assisted fire monitors.
- Creating and refining procedures and systems for the service, maintenance, and installation of MXOne products.
- Documenting service acknowledgments electronically via ServiceTrade.
- Overseeing the installation of new, retrofit, and tenant improvement projects.
- Providing support and training to field installers and assistants.
- Educating third-party technicians on fundamental maintenance tasks for MXOne.
- Effectively communicating instructions to a diverse team of colleagues.
