About the Department:
The department is responsible for the technological platform of Collateral for international/offshore Cayman products. We engage in the development and integration of new financial products to enhance the risk reporting for clients with accounts in Cayman. Our systems are fully cloud-hosted using . Net C#. Our team collaborates directly with BackOffice users to understand their evolving needs and find ways to contribute to the bank's core business. We also interface with various internal departments to facilitate the advancement of our risk reports.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Engage in and promote agile software development practices;
- Maintain relationships with other IT and business teams across all BTG Pactual locations;
- Propose and discuss new solutions and technologies, assisting in the definition of system integrations using queues, APIs, and AWS resources;
- Possess extensive experience with AWS cloud services;
- Assist in optimizing resources and costs related to cloud computing;
What We Expect From You:
- Strong knowledge of . NET frameworks and C# programming;
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment;
- Experience in financial product development is a plus;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
