Duties and Responsibilities:Lead a team providing first-line support for daily functional operations and cross-functional teams utilizing NetSuite, ensuring appropriate system access for all roles. Oversee processes for provisioning new access, maintaining security roles, and managing user accounts with suitable permissions. Develop and deliver onboarding materials and training for new employees. Enhance users' knowledge and ability to customize profile preferences, portlets, and dashboards. Generate reports, saved searches, KPIs, dashboards, scripts, workflows, and custom records; experience in analytics reporting is a plus. Implement NetSuite CSV imports to update, import, or correct data within NetSuite. Create and maintain NetSuite-related functional, technical, and training documentation, including user training. Act as the primary functional and technical point of contact for NetSuite users and processes. Engage actively in system enhancements, including requirements gathering, development, data validation, documentation, user support, training, and ongoing application management.
