West Monroe seeks a Manager to join its NetSuite team. This position centers on deploying NetSuite software for clients and calls for a solid understanding of business processes, including Lead to Close, Order to Cash, Plan to Report, Procure to Pay, Plan to Produce, Project to Cash, and International Management. Candidates should have a track record of leading NetSuite implementation projects, often for middle-market and upper middle-market organizations. Success in this role depends on the ability to collaborate across teams and deliver results in a client-facing environment.
What you will do
- Direct complex client engagements, working closely with client sponsors.
- Apply expertise in managing engagements, building client relationships, assessing and mitigating risks, and leading teams.
- Oversee NetSuite implementation projects, managing multiple workstreams while tracking scope, budget, deliverables, profitability, and reporting requirements.
- Support change management and vendor management throughout each project lifecycle.
