The Team – Enterprise & Cloud Applications
Our Enterprise & Cloud Applications team consists of both functional and technical specialists in NetSuite, OneStream, SAP, and Salesforce. We address the challenges associated with implementing, optimizing, and maintaining cloud solutions. Whether we’re deploying a new cloud solution or enhancing existing cloud environments, we empower organizations to maximize their technology investments through New System and Module Implementations, System Integrations, Upgrade Assessments, Application Upgrades, and Business Process Optimization.
Your Contributions
- Lead NetSuite-related projects, including implementations, enhancements, integrations, support, and special initiatives.
- Serve in a leadership capacity (as a functional role and solution architect) within the NetSuite Practice by guiding project teams, sharing your subject matter expertise, and acting as a primary liaison for our clients.
- Identify, design, and implement innovative business solutions to continually enhance the firm’s methodologies and approaches.
- Manage client relationships, focusing on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Create and deliver presentations on technical concepts, project work plans, delivery strategies, milestones, and results to client stakeholders.
- Engage with clients and colleagues regarding revenue recognition solution support.
- Monitor team progress to ensure alignment with work programs and professional standards.
- Educate both internal and external audiences on NetSuite best practices.
- Actively participate in career development initiatives and the technical training of team members.
