Join our esteemed client, a prominent IT solutions provider, as they expand their operations in Singapore. We are seeking talented Network Administrators who will play a vital role in overseeing Network Administration and Management Services for both the company and its associated institutions. This position involves managing network and security infrastructure, monitoring network performance, and ensuring the integrity and safety of all network systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Network and Security Equipment Management:
• Provide support and management for routers, switches, firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems, VPN gateways, proxies, Wireless LAN Controllers, Network Access Control appliances, load balancers, Network Management Systems, and other network devices.
• Conduct daily operations for network and security, including performance monitoring and infrastructure management.
2. Incident and Problem Management:
• Respond to network incidents based on severity and adhere to service level agreements.
• Manage high-stress situations, identify issues, and make swift decisions for resolution.
• Follow established incident management workflows and procedures.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain and update network diagrams, configuration records, inventory, RMA records, and incident documentation.
• Deliver timely and precise reports on network performance, capacity planning, and incident analysis.
4. Collaboration and Coordination:
• Collaborate effectively with third-party vendors, telecommunications operators, ISPs, and other service providers.
• Engage in transition planning and assist in the onboarding of network and security systems.
5. Compliance and Training:
• Ensure adherence to company policies, information security guidelines, and health and safety regulations.
• Offer continuous training to enhance knowledge and skills in network administration and management.
