Familiarity with Cisco Voice is a plus.Exposure to the Cisco Nexus platform (N5K, N7K, N2K) and hands-on experience with Junos Operating System, as well as Juniper devices like EX-4200 and MX-480, is highly desirable.The candidate should be familiar with ITIL processes and be prepared to work in shifts.
