Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Network & Security Administrator (L3) specializing in Cryptography and PKI Security Operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a proactive approach to security management.
Key Skills Required:
1) Proficient in Windows Server (2008/2012) and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (6/7).
2) Scripting experience in PowerShell, Perl, or any shell scripting.
3) RDBMS experience, particularly with Oracle (11/12) and MS SQL Server, focusing on application integration, query writing, and troubleshooting.
4) Understanding of visualization technologies and concepts including VMs, LDOM, and LPAR.
5) Familiarity with network and storage concepts.
Must Have Skills:
• Expertise in Shell, Perl, and PowerShell scripting; knowledge of Java, VB, and batch scripting is a plus.
• Extensive experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 & 7 and Microsoft Windows Server 2012.
• Strong grasp of PKI concepts such as X.509, CRL, FIPS, cryptographic algorithms (including Suite B) and hashing types.
• Hands-on experience with Entrust (including Toolkit), Microsoft, and Symantec PKI.
• Proficient with Oracle, MS SQL, and PostgreSQL from an application programming viewpoint, including complex queries and stored procedures.
• Solid experience with OpenSSH and Tectia SSH for public key authentication.
• Familiarity with web servers such as IIS, NGINX, and Apache HTTP Server.
• Knowledge of protocols including TLS, TCP/IP, UDP, OCSP, COM/DCOM/RPC, LDAP, and SMB/CIFS/Samba.
• Experience with NoSQL databases like Apache Cassandra.
• Understanding of virtualization technologies and various hypervisors, including VMware ESXi.
• Experience with storage technologies like JBOD, NAS, SAN.
• Strong knowledge of network concepts including DNS and OSI model.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory.
Good to Have Skills:
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCNA/CCNP, CEH, Redhat, Solaris, MCSE.
• Familiarity with Ionic Security, Protegrity, Venafi TPP, and SafeNet LunaSA HSM.
