Key Responsibilities:Support and maintain network systems, including LAN/WAN and wireless operations. Monitor network performance to guarantee stability and reliability across various platforms. Configure and troubleshoot computer networks to resolve issues efficiently. Collaborate with network facility and hardware/software vendors to swiftly address problems. Utilize network management applications to identify faults and ensure seamless data and telecommunications access. Participate in project teams for small to medium complexity projects under general supervision. Qualifications:Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.0 to 1 year of IT work experience in infrastructure or network environments. Basic understanding of network systems and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to adhere to documented procedures and checklists. Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
