What You’ll Get to Do:As the Neutron Software Manager, you will spearhead the development and deployment of the software that powers Neutron, overseeing its journey from Flight 1 through various upgrades aimed at enhancing software resilience and reliability. You will work in close collaboration with teams in Guidance, Navigation and Control (GNC), Hardware-In-The-Loop, and ground software, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across all systems. Your leadership will cultivate a high-performance culture founded on ownership, empowerment, and accountability. You will guide your team through challenging milestones, expertly balancing priorities, resources, and risks while fostering innovation and professional growth. What You’ll Bring:Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent expertise. Over 5 years of experience in Software Engineering, preferably in aerospace or related fields. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate. Proven experience in software development lifecycles and methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
